how to use
1. charge before first use
connect the included usb-c cable to the device and a compatible power adapter. allow it to fully charge. check the led display or indicator lights for battery status.
2. power on & select mode
press the power button to turn the device on. use the mode button to cycle through the available massage patterns (steady, pulsed, rhythmic – see your manual for exact icons).
3. set your intensity
start on a lower level. use the “+” and “–” buttons to adjust intensity until you reach a setting that feels effective but comfortable. you can always increase gradually as your muscles warm up.
4. position on target areas
lower back and waist: place the device on a sofa, bed or floor and slowly lean back onto the massage heads.
legs and calves: sit and rest your legs directly on top of the massage heads.
arms and feet: place the device on your lap or on the floor, then rest the muscle group on the heads.
5. recommended session time
use for about 5–15 minutes per area, up to 1–2 sessions per day, depending on your comfort level. if anything feels sharply painful instead of a “good sore”, lower the intensity or stop.
6. safety notes
do not use on broken skin, visible swelling, or areas with reduced sensation.
