Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

4.3 Estimated delivery times

These are estimates (not guarantees):

• USA: 8–13 business days

• UK & EU: 8–13 business days

• Canada, Australia & International: 8–15 business days

4.4 Tracking

Tracking is included. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

4.5 Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

4.6 Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

4.7 Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments (C — refusal/restocking protection)

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable (including due to address issues), we may issue a refund minus:

• any carrier fees we paid,

• any customs/return fees charged,

• and a restocking/handling fee up to 50% of the order value (to cover fulfillment, processing, and return costs).

If applicable law requires a different handling of these fees, we will comply with applicable law.
