How long does it take to complete an order?
Once processed, your membership will be canceled and future renewals will stop. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
I submitted the form — what happens next?
We’ll locate your membership using the email provided and send a confirmation email when the cancellation is completed.
I can’t find the email I used at checkout. What should I do?
Try searching your inbox for “Norvexia” or your order confirmation. If you’re still unsure, submit the form with the most likely email and leave a note.
I canceled, but I still see a pending charge.
Some banks show pending authorizations temporarily. If you receive a cancellation confirmation and a charge still posts, email hello@trynorvexia.com so we can investigate.
I don’t recognize a membership charge.
