These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://trynorvexia.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Policies.

The Site is operated by ISM Remodeling LLC (the “Company”). The brand presented to customers is “Norvexia”.

3.2 Orders

We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or payment failures.

3.3 Returns, shipping, and memberships

Your purchases are also governed by:

3.4 Resolution Center (customer‑first, anti‑chargeback)

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Direct contact often leads to faster resolution than the bank dispute process.

Except for small claims court matters, you and the Company agree that disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court.

3.8.2 No class actions

You and the Company agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

3.8.3 Opt‑out (safety valve)

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@trynorvexia.com within 30 days of your first purchase or first use of the Site (subject line: “Arbitration Opt‑Out”), including your name and the email used on the order.

3.9 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

3.10 Changes
