Limited Replacement Warranty

The 90-Day Replacement Warranty is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It is separate from our standard 30-day return policy, which applies to every order at no cost.
What it covers
Between day 31 and day 90 after delivery, if your product breaks, stops working, or develops a manufacturing defect through normal use, we will send you a free replacement of the same product at no additional charge.
Limits
- One (1) replacement per warranty purchased.
- Only covers the specific unit the warranty was purchased for.
- Only covers defects or breakage under normal, intended use.
How to claim
Email hello@trynorvexia.com with:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- A clear photo or short video showing the problem.
We reply within one business day and cover shipping on approved claims.
What it is NOT
- It is not an extension of the refund window. Cash refunds are only available within the first 30 days.
- It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, or loss.
- It does not cover items purchased without the warranty add-on selected at checkout.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
