Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Norvexia ships to the United States and the United Kingdom.

• United States: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping on every order.
• United Kingdom: standard shipping available. Delivery times and any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs

US orders ship free. UK shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. We ship all orders with tracked carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, contact us at hello@trynorvexia.com and we'll help resolve it — usually with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 1 hour and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
